"My Pup, Her and I" Original One-Shot Teaser

 Hello peoples!

I know its been awhile since I've ever posted anything on this blog, but I have a little something for you here. I've been working hard lately on my first original one-shot, probably the first finished product of any original work yet. It has no mythical creatures or any sort, just a story about life and its mysterious ways. I'd rather not give away too much, but I don't want to tease you too long so I'll let you get to this little teaser I've pulled out of my back pocket. Enjoy!

(This one-shot is rated M for references to drugs, rape and use of explicit language.)

Allen,

I just wanted to let you know both your sisters are fine. After you fainted, we rushed you off to the hospital then we noticed how in tough a condition your sisters were. They are down the hall from you. My mom and I could not stay because of the police who came in to investigate the conditions of you and your sisters while you were sleeping. My mom doesn’t know if she can have any more people over our host, it’s a bitch for me to even get to sleep on the couch . The police said they could send them to a children’s home, but they only have room for two and we told them you wouldn’t take the place of any of your sisters. I’m really sorry Allen. I…

I tore the letter apart and tossed it over to the seat besides me. They couldn’t help me out, in any way, what a great dick of a friend I had! After I was nearly killed and now, as most may not have noticed apparently, I have no family support. My sisters are both too young to help me, too naïve to feel out the workings of the world along with me. Staying at a children’s home was the best route for both of them. I would have to live on the streets once I was freed from the disablements the hospital had placed upon me.

There was a mirror across from me in my room, placed unusually low so I could see myself perfectly in it.  People had told me I was very handsome, very matured for my age and all I saw was the complete opposite of that description. My long dark brown hair was reminiscent of an unkempt bird’s nest minus the gauze and marks of blood. My once tanned face had sunken in and verged on a translucent pallor, outlining a severely weakened bone structure and hiding my near-camouflaged green eyes. There was an otherworldly growl emanating from my stomach signaling breakfast. I searched for the alert button to get a nurse to hightail some waffles over my way. I clicked on it, right after I discovered where it was. A nurse with bleach blonde hair and bright blue eyes appeared in my door way within seconds.

“Good morning, Mr. Faylor! I’m guessing you want some breakfast?” The nurse stated in the form of a question.

“Yes, waffles with some syrup, some sausages and a milk, thank you,” I answered, my face blank of emotion.

“Alright,” The nurse nodded and smiled, her ponytail bouncing on the back of her head when she turned away to get my food.

My initial testosterone invigorated reaction was “Man, that ass!” But my thoughts resurfaced again on the remnants of the beaten down man in the mirror and I whispered to myself, “Boy, am I fucked now?”

~~~
So what do you think so far? This is unedited, I should've warned you, but the basic idea is evident. What happened to this Allen kid? Why did he faint? Who is the person writing this note to him? Did his sisters fall to similar circumstances as Allen? I know the answers to these questions of course, but as good luck would have it... I ain't sharing them. The one-shot is on its way to the Beta shop soon so be ready for when I make that announcement. Leave me some comments on what you think and hopefully I'll have it up.
For now, peace out!
Official Opening: Golden Moonlight Chapter 8 Teaser
Hello everyone!
So I'm officially opening up my person fan fiction blog, just to step away from TOK for awhile and I decided what better way to start then posting the teaser for the long-awaited lemony goodness of
Chapter 8: Ill-Fated
of Golden Moonlight: Leah's Imprint Story!
As for those who are reading this fic know, it is in Cameron's POV and flows from the scene where Leah has started taking another step in the swiftly blooming romance between the couple, but I can tell you, this chapter is a whole lot more than that! I don't want to give too much away, but I'll just leave you with this little teaser since I think you all deserve one, so here is a little piece of Chapter 8...
TEASER
The reflection in the water showed a strong-built man towering far over what I noticed was a lake. He was wearing a black leather trench coat wafting in the breeze revealing a belt with various weapons, too cruel, matching his face. You could see a blue fluid shoot through his veins and spark off his trench coat. He had menacing blue eyes that glowed brightly with terror, his spiked hair adding to the evil within him. His grin would make anyone’s blood run cold, illuminating his blue eyes which seemed to emit a blue light. He cackled as the light in his eyes became stronger and stronger. I soon discovered the man was in fact, me.
I tried to steer myself away, but I was rooted to the spot. I held up a long-silver dagger, the blue sparks coming off of it, through my hands. I felt powerful and intimidating as the reflection in the water became, but I still felt distant from this creature that was allegedly me, thus slowly becoming it. The dagger was hidden behind my back as my gaze softened when another person appeared suddenly. It was Leah, dressed in a red dress, her hair falling straight down her back, leading into her curves. I turned to her.
She kissed me on the lips then pulled away, “You are the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.”
I felt the urge to kiss back, but my mind was filled with bloodlust as I pulled the dagger back out and plunged it into her throat, too quickly for my mind to comprehend what I did as I stabbed her. Blood poured from her mouth, spilling over her dress as she gasped for air, choking on her blood. Red liquid flowed down her dress. “Cameron…” She spoke as the mysterious blue light flowed from the dagger and exploded, her screams reaching an inhuman pitch, stabbing through my heart, but it was numbed and I started to cheer in this desire to kill, my eerie laughter unsettling the night. I tried to push the thoughts away as I pulled the dagger out, Leah gone from this world, as I stared into the dagger seeing her face next to mine fade away.
*****
OOooOOoooOOOOOooo... something wicked this way comes. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. It seems evil blue-eyed guy is back from his AWOLness in chapter 2. Why do you think he's back and what's he got to do with Cameron?
*****
I also would like to let everyone know, this month is a busy month for me in the fanfic world. I have tons of one-shots to write before the end of this month. I will be back on track at the end of the month, but there will be no updates from when I finally post chapter 8. You can check out all the contests and charity compilations I'm involved in on the "In the Fandom" page.
Adios for now!
